My life’s work is devoted to helping you
win without losing yourself.
As a well-being strategist, mental health advocate, speaker, and community builder, Chivon John is devoted to reshaping our approach to well-being. With over a decade of being a leading voice in the wellness industry, she knows firsthand the importance of showing up for our individual and communal needs. Through a lifelong journey of self-exploration, Chivon has navigated her career with the fundamental belief that radical self-care cannot exist in silos; it must first begin with community.
Her transformative work positions her as a sought after speaker, consultant and advisor for individuals and organizations seeking to maximize success through wellness. With certifications in Global DEI Strategy, Mental Health First Aid and Positive Psychology, her groundbreaking efforts amplify her role as a mental health advocate, as she spearheads organization-wide initiatives aimed at supporting collective well-being. As self-care is often believed to be an individual undertaking, Chivon challenges this idea, concluding that healing is best achieved when provided through ecosystems of care.
